Sounds like nobody's going to get suspensions when this is all said and done. Just fines and a big nothing burger overall.
Bartender most likely a Swans supporter. It involves players dressing as celebrity couples and being interviewed "in character".....or something along those lines.
I'm not sure how you offend the great unwashed if no-one even knows about it.
Obviously the bartender took offence.
The shai bolton trade puts the pie's houston trade in the shade... I know the dockers are preparing themselves for a flag tilt and they are desperate and willing to do all that it takes, but i'm not sure that I would be relying on bolton to deliver the goods. He's too talented not to have an impact, and maybe he was playing in a bad team, but the draft cost is signficant and then the salary is probably extreme. I live in freo. I think they've paid their dues, so if the pies cant win it, i wouldnt mind seeing them getting there....but this is one helluva gamble.
I don't understand trade week Maths.
Apparently 12,14 and steak knives for pick 3 was an absolute bargain.
But 10,11 and steak knives was way over the top for Bolton
And I'm pretty confident that 3 for Bolton would have been seen as about par.
I predict that the use of the word "woke" in response to this breaks the internet.

Has it had a big reaction due to the whatever took place? As far as I'm aware, we don't even know what took place.Whole things seems totally bizarro... bunch of footballers, end of season get together, private space, booze... what could possibly go wrong... those skits must have been pretty out there to get this sort of reaction...I'm betting we never get the full story..

All I've heard is a bartender was offended.
The reaction seems to have come from the AFL imposing suspensions/fines..for things we don't have any details on.
no dwarf throwing involved either as i understandI heard someone dressed as Diddy and someone was dressed as Raygun. I think it was more of what they were doing that raised eyebrows. But honestly, blokes at a private Mad Monday function what do they expect? Sudoku completions and Playstation?

AFL are pretty inconsistent with what they get outraged by though..I was referring to the AFL's reaction... as you say we have no idea what took place
no dwarf throwing involved either as i understand
Didnt the Saints go a step further and set a dwarf alight - or am I imagining that?no dwarf throwing involved either as i understand
those saints players just take things too far, consensual dwarf throwing is ok, but setting them on fire is not that funnymight be something to do with Membrey getting the arse though.
