Now Grundy learns to be a forward...
Sorry but wasn't he pretty much elite for you for a decade? Doubt he'll do much up forward in the season proper, but is the implication here that he was overrated at Collingwood?Give it a week or do and he’ll learn to play Grundy we know again.
Pls posters don’t fall for it!

Overpaid. Horrible in the air, never tapped to advantage. Being a ruck shouldn’t be paid over 600k. that’s always been the issue. He’s a great talented player, but can’t have someone like him taking up huge portion of capSorry but wasn't he pretty much elite for you for a decade? Not sure I agree overall, we wouldn't be half the team without Gawn as an example. Appreciate the intel overall.Overpaid. Horrible in the air, never tapped to advantage. Gawn has more strings in his bow than Grundy. Not sure I agree overall, we wouldn't be half the team without Gawn as an example. Appreciate the intel overall.
No he doesn't.Gawn has more strings in his bow than Grundy.
Both his goals should have been pushed in the backs. Now Grundy learns forward craft...

That's just statistically untrue.No, he wasn't.
He had a couple of sensational seasons, but he's never been a dangerous tap ruckman, or a dangerous forward - he struggled to mark!
But, he was excellent around the ground and could work of teams with one ruck. If he was ranked elite for hit outs, he struggled to actually hit to advantage.
Stats. Seriously? All of us watched the same games and know it to be entirely true. That's just statistically untrue.
Possibly DeGoey and probably McStay and Mitchell. Whats more valuableBut who wouldn't be at our club if Grundy still was?
Exactly. But people like to moan.Possibly DeGoey and probably McStay and Mitchell. Whats more valuable
Yeah his manager said that Grundy could have stayed, but we wouldn't be able to make the trade moves we did. Mcstay maybe the only one given how it was done so early. Mitchell wouldn't be, as it seemed that move was dictated by the Grundy move even it was done late.Possibly DeGoey and probably McStay and Mitchell. Whats more valuable
Yea... That maths doesnt add up. Or maybe this is the type of maths that got us into our salary cap troubles.Possibly DeGoey and probably McStay and Mitchell. Whats more valuable
Well done on misconstruing the post.Yea... That maths doesnt add up. Or maybe this is the type of maths that got us into our salary cap troubles.

Yea it would've been Mitchell. I'm glad we got Mitchell for cheap just as we gave away Grundy for cheap. He's the only one in terms of elite talent that could offset Grundy's loss in our team.Yeah his manager said that Grundy could have stayed, but we wouldn't be able to make the trade moves we did.
