Lads, Medders will go well. Whenever i saw him and Farmer playing together it seemed to me Farmer was telling Medders where to be. Medders is his own man, he'll kick some ass for you guys, and he can shoot a bullet pass to you that will put you in the third row. Don't burn him at the stake yet.

Two things re: Medhurst. He'll be something we haven't got now, a small forward great overhead ie Chapman, Johnson. Also, if he was told to run, he has great endurance, at Freo, it was as good as Bell, as Niall told the Run Home. If Mick can get him to run, maybe, big maybe, he can get onto a wing. He'll be a real wildcard next year.

Just excuse me while I fall off my chair laughing.

As for playing on the wing , you better have Bucks there showing him the way back to the goal square because he will be lost.

Freo tried Medhurst in the midfield. It did not work at all. He has a hard time finding the ball himself and looks lost in the midfield. IMO he will be more dangerous as a leading foward. He is a great mark on the lead. Wish Medders the best for the future
