I will make special mention of
Ken farmer.
They rushed plugger to legend status before to many people cottoned on to the Bradman of football.
11 consecutive seasons kicking 100+
For those who think no one was on him.
My great grandpa told me stories of Ken getting triple teamed oppo all over him which oppo would do in any era after 8 seasons straight of someone kicking 100.

Sure, but during those desperate times straws were clutched.

I distinctly recall one pre-season match involving Norwood where he won the TV for BOG and him saying that he would be over soon to begin training with Richmond and my hopes just rose (God, I can visualise a still of it in my mind - 40 years on - although I doubt if the TV footage survives).

Sigh....

It would've been a lot better if Michael Aish had bided his time and waited for the intro of the Adelaide Crows into the AFL comp in 1991.
