great effort by Brody Lumber to kick 100 goals who was the last time someone from Blighty or deni rovers kicked 100 goals.
Rovers Daniel Kirby kicked 100 goals as did Brett MacDonald( then playing for Blighty) in the under 17's in 2010 . In the seniors I think the last would have been o'sullivan in about 2000 ?

Apart from the surprising result at Berrigan, can anyone else explain why Hogan and Mcdonald played twos for Rovers???????
Hogan has been in great form and has earned his spot in the one's no doubt about that. This time of year clubs will look at number of games played and keep options opened for some players. Hogan is one of those.
Macdonald, has been planned for weeks that he would have the week off. Had a family function to attend and had to be back in Deni early. Not happy with the prospect of not playing he opted for a run in the two's. Will be back this week.

I here there was a bit of " what are the rules" in the Bezz/Yarra magoo's match on the weekend where a head count found Yarra to have 19 on the fireld after half time. The umps only paid a free kick instead of the whole score wipe rule.
Wonder if Bez will get the win if the PDFL has to now sort it out?

Not sure I can answer 3 out of the 4 there Roar but I will say I think for the 2nd year in a row that Jason Sanderson will be pipped for the league medal in a close 1 by a Berrigan youngster in Jack Yelland. Has had an outstanding year & would fully deserve it....

Now the other 3 on your list are going to be very close & could go in a number of ways! I'll leave that to fate???? haha on the fence....:thumbsu:

could be an interesting finals series. blighty would have to be favourites but only just, jerilderie seem to be peaking at the right time and wouldnt surprise me if they go all the way

Jerilderie are flying, and on form should take care of the rovers this week.

So bbtUn if Jerilderie do win who do you think they will be facing in the prelim Blighty or Berrigan?? Eitherway I think its guna be a close race between these 3 for the flag! Unfortunately I think injuries have struck Deni at a bad time which is a shame as their form early in the year suggested they'd be a genuine contender!!

think blighty got abit ahead of themselves thinking they were already there.
well done to chris marshall has been a good player over a few years now. well deserved.

Some blokes dye their hair & some wear fluro boots to get noticed and then some grow a great Ned Kelly beard in the off season. Well done to Chris, great player.

What happend in the two's count?

Was abit surprised young Jack Yelland wasn't in the Top 2! Guess it just shows the saints are a well balanced side! Congrats to Chris Marshall, has been a very good player for jerilderie over a long time & well deserved also! :thumbsu:
Obviously the umps had a type this year older, balding (hidden by shaven heads) with varying degrees of facial hair. Just going by the top 3.
Hey Never Too Old if only you knew i bet you would have put ya hand up for seniors a bit more often????

Whats your tips on the grand final result. Berrigan or Jerilderie.

Almost a flip of the coin, Berrigan maybe deserve to be favourites even though Jerilderie have stormed home and only dropped one in their last 10 or so. I have a feeling Jerilderie may just turn the tables from last year. Should be a close one either way.

Are you suggesting that I might fit in to one of these categories? if so which one?
