Place to watch AFL in Queenstown, NZ?

Was dealing with this myself a couple of weeks ago. Duke shows a couple of games live per week there as well as a few replays so google duke's afl schedule to see what's on. Most bars showing any kinda sport should be able to help out with those ones.

Unfortunately if the game/s you're after aren't on there then you're outta luck because nz sky sports doesn't have afl and I couldn't find a single bar that had the international watch afl subscription.

I'll be in Queenstown on draft night this year the day after completing a 3 day walk along the Routeburn Trek. When you find a place can you ask if I can book in coverage of the draft please.

Might be able to sign up to the watch afl app on a two week trial or similar, otherwise I'm pretty sure they've got a weekly payment option?

Not a bar obviously but worth checking out if you're only fanging for a single game or so.

If you buy a 2$ telstra sim card the live pass is free, then you can watch free live afl anywhere there is mobile signal.

Also. Morrison’s Irish Pub is the place for AFL. Upstairs near sky city casino. They can only play one game at a one though so it’s first in or majority rules. Nice staff and cheap drinks though
