Who will be out longer
Roo or Chapman?
I would say Chappy. I honestly reckon Roo is fine, and the "injury" is just an excuse to rest him. Chappy on the other hand is very injury prone, so I'm surprised he's gone this far without breaking down.

Hayes V Montagna V DalSanto for the final three games? Dont have any St Kilda mid and want to bring one in now that they've all been rested :)

Money not really an issue, but i would have one trade left and Hayes +80k looks tempting over montagna with his 147 against Essendon last time they met earlier in the year

hargrave v enright?

-i wanted hargrave to have a poor game last week because i prefered him, but then he pulled a 40'odd it kind of put me off. then we have enright-will his role change a bit with milburn out?

Between those three, if money isn't needed for a final upgrade anywhere else, I'd definitely go with Montagna :thumbsu: - the guy's a freak and I think he has a higher liklihood of posting some genuinely huge numbers. He's up there only behind Swan as the DT midfield gun of the year imo

think i'm in a similar position to a few people at least.
using my last two trades to cover donuts in the forward line. can afford any 2 but who would u pick out of;

JB
O' Keefe
Davis
BJ
Pavlich
Harvey
S Johnson?

probs leading towards JB and Davis, but not sure. already have riewodlt and didak

It's time to complete my midfield. I have Swan, Selwood, Hayes, and Thompson.

I can afford anyone.

Obviously its between Montagna and Ablett, but with only two games remaining the research can be quite specific, so I'd consider anyone with a strong case.

Ablett's run home features the Bulldogs and Fremantle. He has a terrible record against the Dockers, but at Skilled Stadium in R22 does anyone see the Dockers putting up a fight? His record against the Dogs is ok, scoring 116 earlier this season.

Montagna is playing the Roos next week where he managed 100 earlier in the year. In R22 he faces Melbourne, which like the Dockers won't be much competition. The Dees will have their tank on 100% now - they can't afford to win again. Montagna managed 146 against them earlier in the year.

The only other thing to consider here is injuries. Montagna was a rumoured late withdrawal so his elbow might not be quite right yet. Ablett looks like he's back, and 141 with Jack tagging him all day is a very good sign. It's pretty 50/50 at the moment. Ablett's form against the Dockers does worry me though.
