Just to put those Ziebell highlights in context, all 3 came at a crunch stage of the game during the last 1/4 - the pack-splitting run followed by a pinpoint pass/goal assist and the contested mark coming in from the side (followed up by a goal assist - not shown) were the passages of play I referred to in my report. WA probably would've overrun VC if it wasn't for him.

Wow Nick Heyne looks like he is going to be a great player does he play CHF?
Also where is he projected to go top 5 top 10?

he is a tall midfielder come half foward type... a more powerful and robust version of alan didak without perhaps as much magic (but heyne still has plenty) didak is more of a small foward come midfielder, whereas Heyne is a midfielder come small foward.. don't think he's tall enough to play CHF at only 187cms and 79kgs..

i'd say it's a bit uncertain where he'll get drafted but i'd say he's a first round lock in. (barring injury)

I think he's more like Jared Brennan that plays midfield (if you look up Brennan's game in the midfield where he got 30 odd touches the other night, thats the sort of game Heyne plays).. got the big raking left foot and loves a one arm hanger

well done dave. Rich's rundown at the very end of his clip was amazing, just like a lion on a gazelle, diving at full stetch and pulling it down. Naitanui's tackling and second efforts with clearances in the middle are superb. That mark by heyne was fantastic. He looks cale morton/jared brennan esque as a tall utility who can play as a makeshift KPP or as an outside mid. If naitanui can get his disposal and marking better, we may have the next buddy franklin, and if he were drafted by WCE and tutored by cox (for rucking) and kerr (for clearances) the possibilities are endless.
