15 years of being bog average, but being better at it than anyone else.

Every year has averaged between 8 and 11 disposals. Has cracked 20 disposals in a game only twice in his career.
Only once kicked more than 25 goals in a year.
Has gone goalless in more than third of his games.

Will likely retire with 200 games and a premiership. All power to him.
He does apply pressure very well though.
He has deserved his career so far in my view.
I guess we will never know how much better he might have been if he didn't break his leg in 2012.

He’s had a great career.
Pressure player. Great runner. Reliable goal kicker.
The epitome of a great role player.
I liken him to a Mackintosh at Richmond.
Often plays a role that is more important to the team than pure stats, and for that is seen as lesser than the coach and team sees him.

Shame what Gary did to his pregnant wife, pretty average bloke. But many choose to overlook character if they play footy half good.

Each surprise more shocking than the last.

I didn't think Will Hoskin-Elliot would last this long.

Feels like yesterday that he was traded to Collingwood but it was 7 years ago.

He's just been a notoriously 'there abouts' player with the odd spike game that still doesn't reach super lofty heights.

Hasn't kicked more than 20 goals in a season since 2018.

Played 47 games across 2022 and 2023 (including a premiership) for an average of 13 disposals, 2 tackles and half a goal a game.

For a slightly built flanker he's done amazingly well to play 200 games with only one strong season (2018 where he kicked 42 goals) to really show for it.

Big Tom Campbell is a late in for the Saints this evening.

Three clubs, and now in his 13th season on an AFL list, playing his 57th game and first since 2022.

Playing alright too, not saying he's Max Gawn but in terms of secondary rucks you can see why he's stuck around so long.
