Lord Scarlett was merely reacting to some good old fashioned sledging Sir Robert was aiming at the Earl of Bartel about his estranged father. I was thinking Crawf too, but then again, I'd hate to have seen him gone out any other way. His celebrations/passion shown post siren in 2008 is iconic.

Have a feeling I'll be posting here again in 12-24 months when Bob Murphy retires too...

Didn't get the recognition he deserved and should have been awarded at least one Brownlow, if not two.

Although not a player at the time, I was very sad when Neale Daniher coached his last game for Melbourne. We narrowly lost to Essendon in the dying seconds of the game and the players had so much respect for him. Will never forget him walking off arm in arm with David Neitz.
