What I want today:

1) 50 inside 50’s - we very, very rarely crack this very moderate mark. It’s not asking much and gives our forwards something to work with.

2) Win or lose by less than 40. Again not asking much. Port aren’t world beaters. Just be ****ing competitive.

3) 12 goals. It’s a modest target but again one we very rarely reach. 20% of inside 50’s converted into goals.

4) Powell playing in the middle. Greenwood and JHF both aren’t playing. Absolutely no excuse or justification not to give him good minutes through the middle.

5) A good start. Takes teams time to adjust to the conditions and ground in Tassie which we’re used to. Geelong was different as the conditions are similar to Tassie as with their home ground and the way they’re playing this season suits the ground. Port’s game style I don’t think is Tassie suitable. We start well and the pressure builds on Port and the confidence grows.

I actually think we’ll be ok today. It’s probably blind confidence but we shall see.
