The Maccas and Coke thing is just further proof of his fraudulence, IMO. The head of health in a country of 331 million people sending that message is unacceptable.

Of course, the real issue is that he is too much of a pussy to challenge Trump, even on something as basic and simple as this. It's indicative of how ineffective Trump's team of slurping sycophants will be in the most important roles in the country. The US is about to be fatally weakened.

It’s his first appearance as the person in charge of health. He’s in a country that has high rates of obesity and high rates of diet- related chronic diseases. Can he really not do a little bit better than maccas and coke?
