Strong supporter is a bit over the top don't you think, Scott Morrison or Josh Frydenberg were always my favoured candidates for leader....I do however acknowledge Dutton's portfolio is easily the most difficult in the Ministry and one no matter who has the gig be they LNP or ALP will never win any popularity contests, it's the nature of the job and very much a damned if you do and damned if you don't situation on most decisions he has to make.
We will agree on Frydenberg as Imo he appears an honest guy who wants to do the right thing. Seems a peacemaker.

ScoMo I was willing to give time to judge as didn't know enough, but now I just don't think he is up to leadership.

Imo, Dutton's character is the same regardless of his portfolio. They say with power comes the responsibility to do the right thing & I personally don't trust Dutton to do the right thing.

A little bit lol.

I love the change in message from people like you, don't you think we all notice?

I'm genuinely embarrassed for you.

What change in message? I’ve been consistent on this for years. Unlike you, I’m not a blind follower of any position. I understand the and have posted about this for years, check it out if you want. The earth warms, the earth cools all on its own, at best, we’re speeding up a completely natural phenomenon. That should ring a bell because I’ve posted it numerous times. Try again, sheep man.

And when was this last heating? Interested to know.

You kidding? Do your own research. You might find out that there actually isn’t an ideal spot on the thermostat that the planet is locked into that occurred during, in the grand scheme, our completely insignificant civilisation. Pull your head out of your arse and think a little further than your own timeline or 50 years either side of it.

I've never felt so close to a police state as I have with Dutton there, he and Scomo seem happy to turn us into little China.

Seriously you are talking some fair dinkum crap.

We are nowhere near China police state levels with this type of propoganda... but many Australians are concerned with the greater secrecy laws the Government have enacted using scare campaigns.

I'm all for greater powers to fight terrorist activity, including locking up these nutters with no 2nd thought... but going after journalists who have reported on criminal activity is not something I want from my Government.

I can understand why many Hong Kong locals are fighting to maintain their freedoms. You would hope we never get anywhere near their levels of concern, but not happy with how some of our laws are trending.

I see Gupta wants to launch a 280MW solar power farm next year. That should bring those prices down a bit more.
Great to have someone like him investing in our state with a long term vision.

Lol, now I know you are just trolling because even someone as ignorant and as you are trying to make yourself look would have even googled a new less dumb statement.

Unlike you that raises his bat and gets consistently clean bowled with your outlandish comments re Australia becoming anything like 'little China'...
So focus on becoming and even little.

Posting what is actually happening now in China merely supports the notion that their push to a police state is dangerous.

Are these Greens for real?
It's the World we now live in forearmed is forewarned.
What are they supposed to use in the event of an armed terrorist attack or even a madman running amok with an AK 37 or other heavy duty assault rifles? Their batons, pepper spray or Taser? That should work well.

I would have thought the fact they haven't needed to be used in 2 years is a good sign that our safety and security is being well managed.

I also see the State Govt angling for a few more uranium mines. I don't think SA's is the only one either.

uranium is brilliant for co2 reduction. If the world runs out of uranium prior to working out a way that renewables can provide 365 day baseload, there’ll be a lot of completely ****ed economies. If you want co2 emission reduction and reliable power, nuclear energy is the only current solution. Happy for it to be a transition solution to full renewable, but it’s very important right now.

Josh is ill equipped for the job and still not convinced he is up to it. I’ll give him time.

SmoCo is just an ad and marketing man who couldn’t lie straight in bed.

And Mr Potato Head who I just can’t trust and has very few morals. A vicious individual.

Then we have the screamer, Michaelia Cash and lastly Mathias Corman, not a finance minister at all.

It’s bit of a motley crew.

What do you think Frydenberg has done wrong as Treasurer? He hasn't been in the job for too many budgets & don't believe he had any real clangers & been solid in his role.

The current world international economic climate is hardly his doing.

Wow, just wow.

And just how is a madman going to get a AK37? This isn’t the USA. Typical over the top fear campaign.

Just an impression by his response when put under pressure but I said I will give him time. It will be interesting to see how he copes should we continue to struggle economically.

I'm more concerned by actions than media performance, which i dont think is terrible. Think he has been sensible so far in tricky economic environment.

Personally I would like proper tax reform, but that takes a Keating or Costello with real vision... but now isn't the time for major reform.

Still, a crew that your fellow countrypersons voted into government. Perhaps not b3cause they are good, or will be good, but mostly because their main opposition was woefully inept. You can complain as much as you like about this crew, but one fact remains, they were more electable than the next best rival. What you need to eventually realise is that government is no longer decided between the idle rich and the working class. The idle rich vote left, the working class are aspirational and they vote right. Independently wealthy people can afford to vote Labor on principle, actual working class cannot.

Sorry I hit the wrong key I meant AK 47, the only reason there are no AK 37's in Australia is because that rifle doesn't exist.

You are either living in an alternate world, ill informed or live a very sheltered life if you think AK 47's, M 16's and the like aren't out there and procurable in little old Oz.

A Border Force expert estimates there could be thousands of AK-47s in Australia after two of the high-powered assault rifles were allegedly found in the possession of Melbourne teenagers.
Former Border Force Commissioner Roman Quaedvlieg said he’s not surprised the Russian-designed AK-47 weapons were being found in Melbourne.
“They were originally built in the Soviet Union in the late '40s. Over time there’s been about 100 million or so manufactured in the global market. In the '50s and '60s it was quite easy to get them into the country,” Mr Quaedvlieg told 3AW.
“They’re a very durable weapon, they’re very robust, they’re simple to use and don’t perish easily, so they stay in existence for a long time.
“You can punch out several hundred rounds a minute, they’re a scary weapon."

Police have been searching for an M1 carbine and AK-47 linked to the Hells Angels that had been used during several shootings at the clubhouses of rivals, but the Pegoraros had not been linked to these weapons.

Actually, the statement, “we are just heating it up a bit quicker”, recognises the effects that we have on the natural cycles. It’s actually exactly what I said. Where you go wrong is using terms like, “man made”. It’s wrong, it’s compl wrong, but you’ll continue to use it nonetheless. The planet will get only as hot as it would get if it worked through its natural cycles at its natural rate. Our emissions just expedite that and will ultimately result in a less drastic cold period. Just relax.

This is plain WRONG. Stop posting this crap. The real sheep is the DENIER (not sceptic) who follows flawed research from a tiny minority to convince himself that he's right.

The current trend is virtually 100% human caused says nearly every expert who would know.
