There you go again, more abuse. That is how you work, isn’t it. Typical right winger, abuse, abuse, abuse.

Ever been to the USA - ever been to the South? Ever been to the North East? Chalk and cheese in attitudes.

You would go down well in Texas, Georgia, Louisiana and the like.

Again, Trump supporters generally are white uneducated make. Fits you perfectly. Suck on that one.

Yes but seven times!

That is in anyone’s language is excessive from point blank range. At that range, you could shoot him in the leg which will incapacitate him.
Well he’s a crap shot didn’t even kill him.

I'm questioning why you think it's important - what changes in this situation if he doesn't have a police record?

Do you reckon it affected the policemans attitude in this case? Had he not had a record, he would have been treated differently, and not been shot?
That's a pretty nasty state of affairs.
I don’t know if they do in this case, but cops patrol areas and come in contact with the same blokes multiple times, this may increase their level of force to known dangerous perps. They need to be careful there with so many armed humans around.

Are you kidding?

Forgetting people's last names is completely different to not knowing where the hell you are, and what you're supposed to be doing.

The Democrats actions are incomprehensible in this election.

They were a shoe in to win this - Sanders was dominating the Primaries; they clearly rigged it to get him out of the way, and now they're putting Biden in as a placeholder. Sanders would've won - why the hell did they do this?

He is clearly going senile, the poor old guy, so why the hell are they doing this?

Sanders might actually have tried to change things, and this way there won't be real significant change in the way the US runs, with the corporate bailouts, billionaire tax breaks, minimum wage meaning the working poor live below the poverty line, etc.

The US system is hugely corrupt with the money influence, so that's why Biden gets up.

It's also why it's bizarre that there is so much fanboying and partisanship. So much vitriol for "the other side" which will be pretty much exactly the same in any meaningful way.

Don't get me wrong I was a Sanders guy and think Biden is a poor choice.

After the Hillary debacle they clearly didn't learn from their mistakes and have chosen another hand picked candidate and as I've said before I think Trump will get a 2nd term.

I just think both have made some embarrassing gaffes and it's hard to criticise one while ignoring the other.

And this is the reality of the situation - the American Political System is designed by those in it, to protect themselves, and their supporters.

Sanders would've changed that - the Democrats couldn't allow it, so rigged the primaries to take him out of action.

Biden, if he wins, won't serve out the term - the only question is whether they'll replace him with the VP, or put Hiliary (or similar) in a cabinet position and try and shoehorn her into the seat.

Trump is a ****ing dickhead, but the Democrats have been a disgrace - and that is a shame for all of us.

Order of precedence, when replacing a sitting President, is determined by the Constitution. Next in line is the VP, which will most likely be Kamala Harris.

So have I got this right - as a Catholic, Tony has a problem with abortion but doesn’t have a problem with the Covid-19 running rampant and killing those unnecessarily. Interesting perspective.

PS : He should be like all former PMs (be they ALP or LNP) and just stay quiet.

As he said the cure might be worst than the cause. Eventually we’ll be living with this and we need to work out what that looks like. If it’s left too long, we will end up, without the financial ability to treat other ailments, especially if we stick all our eggs in this basket.

On the abortion thing and Covid. They are both medical treatments so he’s consistent in not interfering with natural processes. If that is his thinking.

It's not medical treatment that he's opposing more that he doesn't support lockdowns and doesn't believe in preserving life over the economy.

In his lengthy speech, Mr Abbott questioned whether countries like Australia and New Zealand made the right call on trying to preserve “almost every life at almost any cost”.

He said governments should think like health economists – not trauma doctors – and pose “uncomfortable questions” about how many deaths “we might have to live with”.

Even if mandatory shutdown avoided 150,000 deaths, as was to be expected, Mr Abbott said the average age of those who would have died is 80 and questioned whether the measures imposed were proportionate to the disease.

All I can say is that thank god the Liberal Party dumped this clown.

It is because the Democrats and Republicans are more or less the same and they don't want anyone to threaten the way things are.

Seriously, you actually need to review the voting intention of the demographics of the polling conducted for the election.

Uneducated white males are more likely to vote for Trump than Biden. Educated professionals are more likely to vote for Biden than Trump.

Deal with it.

End of story.
