Thank you for your post. I'm particularly grateful that you found it unnecessary to resort to personal abuse.

Brisbane supporters don't boo the umpires off the ground, we hardly notice them. It's of interest that the supporters who are obsessed with umpires belong to the Collingwood and Port Adelaide teams. Brisbane supporters buy their memberships and turn up at games to watch the 44 players, not the umpires. You should try it. There's a whole world out there waiting for you to discover it.

Also, your intrepretation of the booing holds no more validity than mine, though I'd probably bow to your superior knowledge of those things which Port Adelaide supporters ambitiously and laughably call their minds. Great footy team Port Adelaide. Such a pity most of their supporters are from Adelaide.
Did you intend to come across as a pompous w@nker, or was it just a case of bad luck?

It was absolutely intentional to confuse you and your ilk. Seems to have worked a treat. I'm so pleased that Port Adelaide supporters are able to take nothing out of last night's game other than a rancorous disaffection for umpires. If they'd watched the footballers they may have had a better time.

FFS, you won the game. Enjoy.

Utter crap. First to the ball does not explain frees paid 100 metres behind the ball.

The umpires were scared of a physical encounter after last week and overreacted. Umpire no#7 whoever the hell the prick was, was 20 metres from Kingsley having his head removed and refused to blow the whistle, result - Brisbane free and goal. That had nothing to do with Brisbane being at the ball first.

According to the commentators, every stat suggested Port were dominating, yet Brisbane dominate the free.

HGonestly the umpires should be playing gridiron - they would be hall-of-famers for yard-gain.

Try watching the game with both eyes next time.

I can go back over the video and over (or under) exaggerate a whole series of events and make out that Brisbane were ripped off if you want me to.

Only because most Brisbane supporter's don't know the rules to start with.

Fancy booing the umpires, the shame of it all. What if it was a football game or something

Would you rather our player's do handstands after the game or our supporter's put on gold jacket's?

Port Adelaide supporters think that irony is something done by drycleaners.

What you're saying is that I'm correct - Port Adelaide supporters were engrossed in something other than the footballers on the park. Very easily distracted. Pity, they missed a great performance by Port. Can't imagine why people would pay good money to watch only the umpires, though they are South Australians. 'Nuf said.

BTW, in what way does booing the umpires differ from booing your own teams win? I'll spell it out for you - how do you KNOW those boos were for the umpires? You should talk here about distinctive cadences and emphases, or not.
And what's your gripe with South Australians? Three posts in this thread you've made that comment. Being a Pricktorian, I'd suggest you shut your gob about backward people and the like. Go sweep your streets, put the five deadlocks on the front door in your 10m2 concrete box and grow up, you intellectual midget.

Well done. You've answered your own question about the shortcomings of South Australians. Actually, your use of language indicates you're a cut above most South Australians. "Pricktorian" would appear to contain more than one syllable.

I think he is a bit sour Port Adelaide took the place of his football club, in Fitzroy.

Well spotted. I'm so disappointed Brisbane won three flags on end. How many have your mob won in the real world?

Just what question is that, moron?
It gives an interesting insight into the collective psyche of your kind, when the highlight of your sorry sad lives is attempting to boost your egos by taking childish potshots at others. Your feeble intellects just aren't capable of matching the thought processes of superior beings.
Nothing more than a bunch of arrogant and myopic tossbags for whom delusion is endemic.

Brisbane fans dont boo the umpires? Wow, I wonder why. You dont normally boo your best players
Nice, nice.

Which decisions were wrong??

You can't blame the umpires for almost losing the game when you are 40 points up. Port ran out of puff, simple enough. Another 90 seonds and you would have lost by 2 goals.

Wait til you hit the gabba!

What does come out of this game is that Brisbane probably have the best kids in the comp. Selwood, Merett, Logan, McDonald all stood up against the reigning Premiers in a very hostile environment.

I would rather have the Lions list than Ports list going forward.

I bet you cant.

You're hilarious.

First of all you'd rather have your list than ours, but you then credit your list on the basis of having performed OK against us.

If you actually have the better list, shouldn't this be a meaningless measure?

Wow you guys ran out of legs in the final quarter and just beat Briisbane.
Last week you couldn't even beat the Dockers.

If you're not responding to a post, you shouldn't really quote it. It just confuses the issue.

Yes I would rather have our list. This myth about the two teams being equally undermanned is a crock. How many players did Port play that have played less than 10 games?? All four kids on our bench had played under 10 games, for one it was his first game. In contrast Port had Francou starting on the bench.

Port looked tired in that last quarter. The only tactic that Williams could use to win this game after being up by 40 points with 8 minutes to go was to flood on MASSIVE proportions.

The crows will beat Port this week. Easily.
