I have also been kind to Crow supporters I know. I'm not expecting the same courtesy in return though & words will then be exchanged. Lol

Seeing the iconic PB's trashed so regularly, and particularly at Alberton while being worn by many who wouldn't have survived more than a few training sessions in the McLean, Williams or Cahill eras ( including some so called AFL players) is an absolute indictment on the cnuts in charge and who have systematically destroyed 150 years of the hard won heritage of what was once one of the greatest clubs in the game's history!
It is only of matter of time until they come up against decent opposition and the corrupt organisation will be put in place. They are the equivalent of football scum.

I've posted this before, but the Power reserves should not be wearing the prison bars in the sanfl. That should only be worn on the big stage. They should be wearing a variation of the AFL jumper. It's just not right that they wear the historic guernsey.
I have always believed for the benefit of the club we should have left the SANFL at the end of 1996.
Yeah I understand why we didn’t but still believe it’s hindered us in our progress.

I do not have a formed opinion on the matter. If our SANFL were taken seriously by the club, I would feel differently.
Today, even the AFL team should have its guernsey and name changed. We should be the South Australia Vibe or the Southern Sunrise. It would be fitting to what we have become.
It really should’ve been set up how it is now with all our afl listed players playing for the magpies and being unified right from the start In 1997.
The SANFL were the main culprits for botching that.
They probably could’ve had a standardised guernsey and nickname too to make it even clearer to those that can’t comprehend Port Adelaide joined the AFL, and they are the main team and the team in the SANFL is just the b grade team in a b grade comp.
Now nearly 30 years on we still have these mind numbing debates about who the real Port Adelaide is and I’m over it.
Our club having the balls and reading the tea leaves to work out the SANFL was quickly becoming a b grade comp and we needed to move on to the big league was the single greatest decision this club has ever made. And it should be noted with pride and not crying over good old days that will never return. The SANFL is nothing like it used to be, I would trade the next 50 flags in the SANFL for just one AFL flag.
In a poll that was on here a while back I voted for joining the VFL and wearing the same guernsey as our AFL team and being nicknamed the power and then the prison bars can be worn for special occasions in the big league.

I had a West Torrens mate who hated Port Adelaide but when the crows came in said he couldn’t barrack for a club created out of spite in a boardroom. The moment Port Adelaide had an AFL side he became a member.

It's not unusual, there were many Port supporters that followed the Crows in and never came back.
Tom Rehn is one of them. I used to sit there with him barracking for the Magpies, but he eventually was totally lost to the dark side.
Thought Lai looked OK live... Great size and such a smooth runner.
He might be better in the AFL, some key forwards are more suited to the AFL style than the SANFL. Our sanfl midfield is shocking too

Na, not even close to that level yet. Its his lack of body strength, poor positioning, poor bodywork, etc. Just needs to work on his craft big time. Just being big wont cut it anymore, going to need to learn how to run patterns and use body to create separation from his defenders.
