Port v Freo

It did not expose the navy blue witches hats at Subi a few ago so cannot be that daunting.

Are they the same witches hats who should have beaten Geelong the following week if not for a wrong umpiring call?

Yes.

The team we flogged by 100 points as a tune up should have beaten Geelong and performed admirably against the Dockers. That's the point.

I don't think we should start as favourites, but with your key outs and our relative health i'll be absolutely spewing if we lose.

I like Pt Adelaide - theve had their little down patch- now with that super impressive 100 point flogging of Carlton - with that fast attacking - play on at all costs style - well suited to Subiaco oval - no Fyffe and Munday - i think the Power are a massive chance to win

Who ever wins - i think are a decent chance to knock over Sydney in Sydney - Port lost to them by a goal at the SCG earlier in the year - in a high std game - this season has had alot of twists and turns - who knows in 2 weeks time the Power might be having a week off - with a home PF to come

If the Swans had any brains - and Street Smarts - theyd lose to Richmond - then they would get Geelong in a home QF - and you can pencil that in - as a certain win

I think you mean Barlow? I hope you mean Barlow! Freo medical staff are trying to figure out how to bolt his thumb together as we speak, to get him up for next but I don't think it will happen.

And yep, Port are a massive chance, as are Freo. Should go up a notch for both teams.

Reckon Barlow will play. Fyfe is a big out but we were missing Ballantyne when we beat Hawthorn and still won convincingly. Ballas was sublime today, as was Walters, and that combo will be incredibly difficult to contain at Subiaco.

Freo are 1.37 to Port 3.00 on Sportsbet. Thought it would be tighter than that?

This was probably caused from being ****ed by the umpires.

Better get a sick bag.

Hopefully add Pav to that mix as well.

Impey held Ballantyne well last time, he'll come in and hopefully can have another good game on him. Alternatively Jonas goes to Ballantyne and Impey to Walters. Your small forwards are fantastic players but we have very good shutdown small defenders.

Barlow in is a huge in if he's ready to go. If he's not it's a risk. Either way, if either team dominates the middle, the game is over.

The best part about the Swans away in a final is that it will be played on ANZ, which is a totally different ground to the SCG and much closer to Subi and Adelaide Oval in terms of being long and narrow.

Ballas is a different beast at Subi and also has his mate Walters this time. Pav and Barlow to come in. It's gonna be on!!

Ballas was not in great form then; since round 9 he has arguably been the form small forward in the competition. I don't think Impey or Jonas will contain him at Subiaco. Walters is building very nicely and is so incredibly dangerous around goals and in setting up goals.

As I said, Geelong don't deserve to be top 4. Worst of the top 5 sides, as was shown tonight against the side that Freo convincingly beat last week.
Sorry to interrupt your jerk off over last nights result, but nothing has changed.
Geelong are still locked for top 4 with a home final, while freo have to win to sneak into 4th.

Nah, Ballantyne had just had his breakout game against West Coast and was in form. The Port game was an obvious dip. He kicked multiple goals and 3+ I50s in both games before and both games after, with 0 goals and 1 I50 against us.

Impey held him well.

Sneak into 4th? We have been in the top 4 for most of 2014 and at the end of round 22, are still in the top 4.

Geelong will be a training run for Hawthorn in the qualifying final. You'll then face a tough game against North Melbourne or Essendon.

Is Impey a likely inclusion? Would think you'll need someone who can shut down small pacey forwards especially with Walters added to the mix. He completely blanketed Ballas as you say and would surely be a better match up than say Jasper Pittard.
