Duggan wins it. Happy for him as he's a good club man.
However, how long is long enough before we're allowed to claim that he's the worst JWM of all time?
Got 2x AA's over there, and he beats them? No from me dog. Voting system needs to change. I think we've discussed this before, it rewards whoever plays the most games.

Looking at that season list of votes it brings into stark reality how far off our youth depth is.
Players like Chess, Longy, Maric, Jilliams, etc need to start pushing up to that top 15 space.
Too many of them lingering around the bottom with players like Rotham.
He's finished 7th, 6th, 3rd, 1st and 10th in our B&F since coming across.Pathetic year from kelly considering what we payed for him
Bloody hell might as well fold the club if Duggans viewed as our best player this year. He’s ok but the bloke couldn’t even tie up Jackson Nelsons boot laces
Night in drinking wine and browsing FB DS? Dangerous combo.Ok campaigners, i skimmed past a WCE FB post and it was celebrating Duggan as being THE medalist, so settle down.

We have been awful in all those years...its not hard to be top cherry when you sit on top of poo poo platterHe's finished 7th, 6th, 3rd, 1st and 10th in our B&F since coming across.
Sure we may have anticipated more top 3 finishes especially in a poor team, but what we "payed"(sic) for him he's returned on for most years - can't think who else in this team is playing above their pay grade at minute.
Votes handed out by 5 members of the Match Committee to each player on a 0-1-2-3 basis
Without knowing how harshly they judge, you’d think players would want to be getting at least a 1 from each member for each game
So the cutoff for an acceptable year is 5 votes per game. Only 10 made that benchmark and one other (Ginbey with 4.83) got close
Lot of room for improvement in 2025
Take that Champion Data!Houghy, in the top 5 is HUGE.
Hopefully cracks the top 3 next year.
Looks about right too. I was surprised to see Duggan finish fourth. This makes more sense. Also highlights just how top-heavy we were this year.Votes per game

Also confirms they love petch...who has non flipping clueSays a bit about why Trew got delisted and why Maric was the one dropped for Gaff to get a game.
Witherden should get another contract based off this too, the match committee obviously thinks he played ok.
And on the flip side, this board apparently rates TK much higher than the coaches at WCE. He was top five in the board's MVP I think.Liam Duggan in fourth and Jamie Cripps in sixth. Realise they benefit from playing in all the games this year but I think the coaching staff overrate both of those blokes.
For mine they weren’t our fourth and sixth best players this year.
