Trainor 196cm now, a man said it on the club website. Proper KPD height but with the skills and marking of an elite intercept/rebound defender.

I went to training today. A lot of stuff already posted and I was mainly track watching the new lads, but Seth Campbell and Kane McAuliffe look bloody spectacular at the moment. They would be the ones who I say emerge as Round One prospects this far out. Campbell especially has added size, running on top of the ground and has confidence now in his abilities I would say.

Of the new lads, a lot been made of Smilie and for good reason. His presence and his skills stand out but for me, he’s already directing traffic and using his voice out there. Lalor is gonna be a monster. He is doing rehab and he’s got a presence doing that.

There’s a new energy I haven’t seen for a while. Whilst I don’t expect many great results next season, you never know, but long term we look bloody good.

Good session, slog in the heat, can’t wait to see them all as pre season goes on.
