We've been saying that for 4 years.
Yeh but to me it looks noticable now.
About 8-12 months ago I was with him at Burnely Golf Course, he was the pair in front of me, but we were held up so was basically with him at every tee, was briefly chatting to him through the round, I can tell you those images he is noticably bigger than he was.
Does that translate to better form? Who knows? But at the back end of last year he did start to show some signs, it's a make or break year for him so hopefully with a bit more physical strength it can build his game.

Good interview yesterday on SEN. There was a plug at the end for a software company and station sponsor that Alex is involved with.
Apparently their logo will appear on the Suns guernsey.

We are in big trouble.
Either Colina is some sort of freakish athlete, or that's a concern for the rest of the guys.
That a guy 211cm 113kg is beating you in the 2km, I hope it's a case of the former....
Hope it was not true as well but read it a few times earlier. Hard to believe what is written in these forums sometimes.

I’m really liking the attitude of our younger players…in the club vids of the 2km time trials…each one of them were “ nervous” but wanted to do really well…some just wanted to tag Sons

random dogs fan just jumped in the Mate Colina thread and said blokes that size who can run a sub 6.10 2 km dont grow on trees. sub 6.10 is up there.
