Just some observations from this video.
- Players seem to be leaner. Priddis, Bunga, shuey and schofield all look leaner than they were. Im gonna assume prid and shuey might pack that muscle on again.

-youngsters in cole, mutimer, allen as well redden all seem to have added muscle.

-Vardy looks really fit and for a guy his size he doesn't look too skiinny or too big.

-lamb with a pathetic effort on boots.

Not enough, "looking huge.. is a monster... has put on size... will be beast".

Worst pre season thread ever.

How about ......Chris Masten has returned in great shape. Looks to have grown about 15cms and lost 90% of his tattoos. He also appears to have visited a hairdresser frequented by his mate, a Mr D Sharks, and had his hair styled exactly like his good friend's. His scratch match highlights included 5 goals from outside 50m with 2 off his left foot after running down and tackling Luke Shuey and pouncing on the loose ball.

Unless it was at the hairdressers he still didn't earn one contested possession. Delist.

Fundamental skills and performance-focused running blocks will take priority during the formative stages of West Coast’s pre-season, according to Adrian Hickmott.

The newly-appointed Eagles midfield coach told SportsFM it was essential the squad built its fitness base and touch before the traditional Christmas break.

“It’s skills with a touch of running,” Hickmott said.

“Players come back and work on the required skills to get themselves up to the standards required and also the conditioning of their physical fitness.

“I think skills is pretty important, as well as the efficiency these days. We know that if you turn the ball over it stings down the other end when it goes through the goals.

“A training session at the moment probably goes for an hour and it builds up as the pre-season goes on.”

Hickmott said the squad’s motivation was reflected in the presence of more than 10 senior players at yesterday’s session.

Although they were not required to report for training until Monday, several keen Eagles, including skipper Shannon Hurn, Luke Shuey, Matt Priddis, Chris Masten, Will Schofield, Jack Redden and Sam Butler, joined the club’s first to fourth-year players to blow out the cobwebs in searing temperatures at Wembley Sports Park.

“They come down to visit and join in a couple of drills, but they’re not down there full time,” Hickmott said.

“They’ve got the chance to come in and join in with the young blokes at the moment, but next week we get underway, so all players will be back by then.”

Maybe it was because they were training with karpany on a separate oval away from the main group

Wellingham was training on an oval half way between both groups :straining:
