We've got plenty of hard workers in the side, to suggest Mitchell will come in and show them how it's done is a real slight on the team.

Mitchell might bring a different perspective on midfield set ups and leadership on the field. But "show them how its done" in training? Come on.

I can think of a number of passengers last year (unlike 2015). Even Simmo stated numerous times during the year it was the same few players carrying the team. If you looked at the stats post game most times it was just the same few with the most possessions including contested possessions. Not saying they haven't the ability it was just if you go by last year the team seemed to be in cruise control most of the year with the exception of the NTh Melbourne game and the last 3 games of the season. Can remember asking the question "where has this team been all year?"!! Whether it was the loss of Pyke or a GF hangover (that is the question) - probably a bit of both. Anyway just my opinion.

If Mitchell is going to change this by himself why do we have so many coaches etc? I think it is a massive reach to say Sam will come over and change the way we train, etc. He will add little bits of information re preparation etc but we need to have faith that our coaches are the ones who constantly drive change not one player just because he is from Hawthorn.

Nelson apart from being white as a ghost also doesn't have much muscle definition going on there. Borderline pudgy

I don't think Lord Nelson has been working as hard as he could have over the off season. This would be disappointing and perhaps shed light on Simmo giving him the old in and out all last yera.

Don't disappoint me Jackson, I am heavily invested.
