Looking foward to this game. Quiet feeling of confidence, alot more so then the Crows game although i dont know if its a good thing. With Croad in it makes me breath a bit easier. Still will be a tough battle (blah blah blah) hopefully we can make it 5 straight and keep those Pussys at our heels.

You guys were piss poor last week. Lets see if we can improve:thumbsu:

Buddy - How many?

Roughman - How many?

Williams - How many

Rioli - How many times will a Cyril tackle be awarded holding the ball?

Best in the back 6?

BOG for us?

Final margin.

My spin. - Im going all out. This game we will prove how good we are. There will be no doubters

Buddy - 8 goals, will let the Brissy crowd know who now rules the foward 50 in the AFL.

Rough - A bit quieter goal wise, will push up. 2 Goals

Williams - Same as last week - 3 goals

Rioli - Will catch a lion holding the ball twice.

Best in the back 6 - Croad. Great return will keep brown "relatively" quiet

BOG for us - Hodgey. Have Charlie money on him and he will take the points (Even though Lance will kick 8 ???? )

Margin - an even 60 points. I am not even taking the good odds for Brissy at the Gabba like i have against the Roos and the Crows. Sick of losing my god damn money:thumbsu:

Not sure the optimism is about hope or actual belief on this board.

I am seriously worried about this game.

Brissy have the tails up after the come from behind win, a home crowd and a superstar forward that will have his ego pricked by Barney Rubbles comments about Franklin.

Lappin Black and Power rack up possies for fun.

How much can one person flip flop in 24 hrs?

Re assessing the situation.

Have been heartened by the realisation that the memory of Round 1, 2007 needs to be vanquished. This alone will be will be a powerful motivator, let alone our loosing streak up north.

Croady is back. I guess that means Robbie probably wont be down back all day which would have been interesting to watch. Brown on Bradshaw and he will be the pick of the 6.

After calling for something of a 'wakeup and come to your senses' type slap for Jordan Lewis, well, Im as glad as anyone he will be taking the field. Sewelly will be good, but Jordan will reward us all with something special. BOG and 2 goals

Its all adding up, and I now have some faith that the Hawks will overun the Lions. Has been a long time since Ive had that feeling. Tipping the Lions has been my downfall in the footytips for years, I've had difficulty in accepting they are no longer the team they were. Every now and again they blow teams outta the water and I have flashbacks to their power days. Hopefully they used all their nitro last week on Port.
