Gerard Whately continues to show his distaste for the Swans.
Heard multiple Pies fans on SEN Melbourne today saying the SCG is a postage stamp. They were quickly corrected by the host and looked like gooses

I really hope it's over by 3/4 time so we can relax and enjoy.
Any Collingwood fan that's heard that the SCG is a postage stamp ground yet none of them would have the intelligence to actually find out the facts.

I think they are desperately looking for reasons that the game should be at MCG.

You know last game was at the SCG, so next should be at the MCG, MCG bigger capacity, tiny, tiny ground the SCG, they've already had an away game in the finals against Geelong , they don't have COLA or the Academies, airfares are really high to Sydney, it'd be good for the AFL.

It's all so unfair on Collingwood. 😭
Collingwood believes that they should play EVERY game at the MCG.

Isaac Heeney on AFL360 tomorrow night....he'll be the guy NOT barracking for Collingwood.

All the so called experts are saying we will get done this weekend. I hope Horse, is playing Open All Areas and other shite to the players. It might just ignite the fire in the belly. They do have the advantage I realise that. We have played once in 3 weeks. The finals bye is shite in that it rewards mediocracy over teams that played hard to make top 4 & wins Qualifying final.

I am just hoping our blokes come out fired up and focused on the footy and the player with the footy to destroy them. I hope our pressure will make them wilt. C'mon Bloods, time for Blood Brothers

Not sure which thread this belongs in but missed out on getting tickets so does anyone have any recommendations for where to watch the game (ideally a pub that has a decent sized screen and plays the sound).

He's allowed. Has already confessed we'll probably make a fool of him again.

How annoying is it that it's 2022 and we are still worrying about Scott ******* Pendlebury in a final?

Like you're a great player and all Pendles but just **** off will ya

I'm not particularly worried about him, think the Pies have more damaging players to be concerned with. Maynard, De Goey, Crisp.

I wouldn't expect less from the media. Of course they are talking up the pies.

It sells papers, gets clicks, gets ears on radios and eyes on TVs. Money speaks louder than sense.

It's all just fluff.

Reality is we are a much better side then them and that will be proven on Saturday night

We need to find a way to limit the impact of Pendlebury, De Goey and Crisp - their three most important players.

Can’t limit them all and don’t need to. You can limit a players impact without limiting them. As much as we need to worry about a few of their players, they would be concerned about how to stop even more of ours.

The narrative all week will be about how can we stop Collingwood because, despite finishing third and winning an away QF, the media generally still wants a big Victorian grand final. They’re already salivating at the prospect.

We should all celebrate this magnificent piece of BS from The Age:

"In the Magpies’ favour on Saturday is that the clash will almost certainly be a sellout - and playing before huge crowds is something this side has become accustomed to, particularly in recent weeks."

Oh yeah, no side in history has ever played in front of a big crowd, and no way has any Sydney team ever played to a packed SCG.

Exactly. They need to stop us NOT the other way around. We beat the Dees away with three of our better players having quiet nights. Heeney, Warner and Bud.

We have more weapons than they do.

I can't see how they get a hold of us TBH
