I work in IT, if my company provided this level of service to their corporate customers we'd get absolutely smacked with Service level penalties, in the hundreds of thousands of $ and even sometimes $millions - (and we do, and have before). I hope the AFL has big SLA penalties in their contract with Ticketek. - Although I blame Gil and his crabs for this by telling them to put all games on sale at once.
