Hopefully it's not just a Freo thing, because Fyfe's leg strength compared with some of our guys (Gaff/Masto, looking at you) is ridic.45/60 Min jokes aside, how often do these guys 45?? I remember hearing Barlow on the radio last season, say something like, 3 days a week (time unspecified) 2 days legs, 1 day upper body, I wonder if that's the standard sort of thing these days, or if all clubs are different. Definitely seems like players these days have massive legs, so that would make sense.
