You can still pick up info from a preseason game, you can see similarities to where we went wrong last year


If you're a good team the year before or for multiple seasons then you can ease up on preseason, unfortunately we were awful last year and there are a lot of the same issues popping up.

It's all about perspective, today's game has sucked but it doesn't mean it's the end of the world.

Our midfield bar our second ruck is full strength.

Best 22 players are a massive part of the problem with the slow ball movement. Some of them are more than capable of decent footy - it’s game plan and/or lack of confidence.

If it was the forward line being sh** it’d be far less concerning. Only Walters, Switta and Simpson actually look up to it up there but that’s such a small part of the story.

We are winning the clearances, just cant move the ball that well, take a few of the guys out that arent AFL standard and add a few of the guns and we will be fine.
