Good from you KP!! Kick two goals and all of a sudden the mayor of Beenleigh!! Ha ha ;) I didn't hear any ramblings from the Vic Pt crew but was busy myself and had to shoot early... Some of us there did it tough for a lot of years up the road so happy to help out and provide umps, boundary, water bottles etc when we have people around. It can be tough early doors and they were light on for numbers... Keep at it though lads...

Roughly.. How many were out of you're starting senior side on Sunday mate? Really curious as I mentioned after sitting near your bench they're seemed to be a few injured looking blokes hobbling around.. Or are they just helpers? They seemed to look fit. You blokes keep on improving. Can't wait to see you's match up with Moorooka soon..

Did you think the pink suited me?? Ha ha ha!! There were a couple but not a lot, maybe 4 or 5 to come in... The couple of shoulders and longer ones probably weren't on that side of the ground but they may be season Enders so see how we go... About 8 to put into the 2s as well so should be a few big nights on the track for spots!!

Don't lie Mighty Pirate pink has always been your favourite colour and you couldn't wait to be on show last weekend wearing it proudly. I even heard a whisper you thought pink would be good alternative jumper for the Pirates. Lol.

In regards to the weekend there was a few wingers like every club has but they also had some top blokes who posted big thanks on our Facebook page for the hospitality. At the end of the day we are all doing our best and not all clubs have top notch facilities but as long as we are all having a crack and enjoying the footy and a beer after the game, then we are all winners in my book.

After seeing Moorooka first hand on the weekend we will need our best on the park plus some I think to get near them.

We have come along way in 2 years and have some cracking talent coming through in our Youth Teams which will hopefully keep us more than competitive for a few years to come.

Finals is our aim this year and at this stage we are well on track, but you are only a few injuries away from your season falling away which is what happened to us last year.

I think your right blocker about mighty pirate and his love of pink.
Favourite film...pretty in pink.
Favourite singer....pink.
Favourite band..pink Floyd.

You are sadly wrong on the film always, it's pink panther!! Was disappointed that the shorts had been worn in a previous match and to avoid a rash I wasn't going there so couldn't wear them... :)

Is it true you had a crush on pinky tuscadero from happy days when you were young...
The shorts was a good idea...as one comment said ..you don't know where the young fella who wore them first had been the night before and who with..

And I've had that rash before, never again!! ;)

I think people need to realise that we arent playing in the afl and we are far from it. I think the best thing ive seen all year was one of the rivers boys after being carried off on a stretcher from doing his knee asked the trainer for a beer.....LAD!!

Yeah he was my opponent on the day. Went in to check on him and he said he was just going to get the knee taped up and drive himself home. Maybe go to the hospital is it was still sore later!! What a trojan!!

I think we should give pine a rest . Yeah they forfeited and yes people left and what not but fair go . Surely we can talk about something more fun like football this weekend .
Maybe we should let it go mate as it is getting old, in saying that though maybe pine guys shouldn't get on here while it's a hot topic and carry on about the culture change going on there.....

Viccy point by 21 points

Redcliffe by 7 points

Ipswich by 51 points

Wynumm by 33 points ( if pine show up)

Good luck to all teams
Kcab, I was hoping you might tip Carrara to beat us this week mate so we had a chance again. You were only 120 points off the mark with your selection last week. Lol

Yes well tipping obviously isn't my strong point as I got 2 out of 5 . Will be and interesting game for you guys this week Carrara have improved and the 1 hour drive won't help . But I've got faith in the Pirates

We still have a few out and there are a few unavailable this week so you are right mate it will be a good test for us this week. Like most clubs I think we are limping to the bye in a few weeks.

We will not be taking Carrara lightly considering that beat Ipswich at Ipswich by about the same as we did but we played at home plus they ran Bond to a tight finish. I agree they are big improvers this year and could sneak into final contention.

Tips for this weekend:
Bond by at least 60-80 points
Interesting to see how well park Ridge travel but tipping them in a close one.
First away game for the Vikings, so that will be interesting as well. Tipping them to get up in another close game.
Now lets see: Moorooka beat us by 61 points and we beat Rivers by 112, so that could mean a winning total of about 170 points for Moorooka on Saturday!!
Finally Redcliffe and Vicky point. I still do not really know where either of these teams are at this season, very up and down. But I am going to go with a Tigers win by about 30-40 points. (If they can kick straight)
Good luck everyone, hope you all enjoy your footy and stay clear of injuries.

Bond - to pump buffs
Park Ridge - close one
Wynnum - too prove the Eagles aren't good.
Griffith M - by 200
Redcliffe - with a few boys back.
