100% is a 6 pointer, Aspley junior from u8s.
As good a 6 pointer as you will find though, but Grange would have be struggling to balance their points with some of these pickups!

I was told he played juniors for Grange from u8s to maybe u10s then moved to aspley.
Great 6 pointer for the Gorillas and I reckon he will win a Grogan medal in the next 3 years

You’d have to think $$$ have come into it as I can’t imagine Perkins wouldn’t have had a chat to him. Aspley have a lot of good players to get inside the cap so makes sense they’d miss the occasional one

From what I can gather, he played two QAFL games for Grange in 2019, the year he was drafted. This is the same amount he played for Aspley that year in between Academy and Allies duties. I know next to nothing about how the points system works, but it would be interesting (and I imagine more than just a little controversial) if that was enough to accord him less points.
Maybe they getting Payne back from Grange so they can’t fit them all in? Probably a win both ways if that happens.

couldn't possibly be afforded a discount, he played all his junior footy at Aspley, was drafted from Aspley. They are absolutely taking the piss if Martyn (and Williams at Redland) have been given points discounts on some rubbish tecnicality

theink they've lost a few more than is public. Probably about 8-10 starters gone.
But have added 3-5 absolute jets, Townsend, Mench, Nicholas - those 3 all probably in the best 10 players in the comp from Day 1.
