Whats the go with the website? Player lists missing, no live scoring, missing player statistics from games. Makes it hard to follow the leagues from interstate.

The link works, but it still doesn’t mean teams have updated scores, goal scorers and best player.
It’s now Sunday and two score results aren’t even load up. Do we blame the poor website or poor form on the club not entering the results?

Feel free to step up and volunteer to help champ. I’d say they’re not showing because they have to be approved by a staffer who hasn’t bothered looking at it late Sat night or Sun. Volunteers are busting their butts to get it all sorted but the effort isn’t always shared and the system itself is a dog atm.

There were none at all. And that was on the alternate defunct platform too. The further into implementation this thing gets the more inadequate the whole roll out becomes.

It was there for 3 days. Has been turned off again as it didn't all migrate properly apparently.

Looks like it was an afl decision as in gippsland same issue is present. Very hard to look at results, player points, TIB etc.
For us amatuer sleuthers this is a disaster.

Yes I looked at some other leagues and there reporting is spot on using the same software we had last year

But when you got to just try find things this a a joke...
Agree SMY the new system creating lot more work for the good old volunteers yet again. Just looking at everyone complaining about it all around Australia.
Not sure what was wrong with old system as it seemed to be a lot easier to manage from club point of view.
May be proven wrong down the track but appears not being well received from club perspective

Give it a few months and see if it has got any easier.
Hearing from umpires the system on their side has potential to work a lot better for matchday stuff when up and running properly. Votes, reports, set penalties etc. all link to online teamsheets and can be done in a few minutes on umpire's phone at full time. Instead of dealing with dodgy paperwork and a second system to lodge and chasing the other umpire to the carpark for signatures and the like.

Not trying to shit on administrators, but the months to work on these sorts of things were from september to March.

All true. I guess like all new systems need to start using it before you realise where the bugs are
Just feels like the same old story every year. AFLQ always painfully unprepared. Doesnt seem to be any issues on the QAFL page either. The lower leagues are always going to be an afterthought.
