If we had kicked say 4 goals (not unrealistic with our opportunities) and Brisbane had missed a couple of chances we would be close at least. Not that we deserve it. Tackle pressure is pretty ordinary, being beaten to the ball all the time and ordinary, panicked disposal.

Our kicking into the forward 50 and for goal has been atrocious. It wouldn't have been so bad if we conceded 7 goals if we'd kicked 4 or 5 ourselves, which we could have.

We're in trouble with the weather though, they reckon we were coming off exhausted and looking like we were really struggling with the heat, so it's only likely to get worse from here.

That may have also been a symptom of how the team was playing, in that no one was prepared to run and work hard... forces us to just bomb away.
