I'll never forget this years prelim. Had lost my voice by the end of it as me, Nato, my dad and our mates were singing the song at the top of our lungs I also remember us singing the Star Spangled Banner when Cox was lining up for goal haha was a crazy night for sure.Still remember in 2016 going nuts in the last 30 seconds of the prelim and my mum and sister crying and ringing family members. Same thing after the gf.
Luke Darcy's commentary at the end of the pf always sticks in my mind.
Good convo timingToday is exactly 3 years to the day since i graduated from high school

Would've liked to pinch the game next week but it was not meant to be
I guess it was special because we won in a fashion that I hadn't expected we would at all.
In Buckley's words: "It was a result everyone knew was possible, but nobody was willing to believe."
A bit more expensive is a huuuuge understatement hahaSportsTemplates are also having a Black Friday sale but their stuff is a bit more expensive, but still worth it for the sheer quality.
Haha yeah true I'll just change it actually because I don't want to mislead people.
I have a few yellow images templates. They cost about $21 each and you have to pay that amount for each template. Say you want a Guernsey, you need to pay $21 for the front, $21 for the back and $21 for a side view if you want it. I think if it come with adjustable feature like changing the collar shape and changing the shape of the side panels, then I would think it worth it. But at the moment it's probably not worth it unless you dont care about that type of stuffI've been thinking about getting a Yellow Images template to take the next step in designing and I was wondering what peoples thoughts were and whether it's worth the cost? If I decide to get one I'd start with an AFL template and look to move into others later on.
Also, is someone who uses a YI template able to take a screenshot of how the layers are set up, just so I know what I'm getting myself into. Cheers

Nato and I just bought a Yellow Ticket after they were 50% off which equalled about $35.I've been thinking about getting a Yellow Images template to take the next step in designing and I was wondering what peoples thoughts were and whether it's worth the cost? Exactly. So glad I made my own Basketball template even though I was going to buy and use the YI one. Taught me a lot of things I previously didn't know about Photoshop while also allowing those who don't have access to highly realistic templates to a workable templateYou'll honestly get more out of yourself from making your own templates rather than fitting in to the crowd. Sure they look great, but there's no point of difference with the rest of this forum.
Also your own template is 100% free

A yellow ticket gives you 90% off all mockups so we just went on a spree and bought all the templates we'd need for about $1.5 each.

The layout is rather simple but does take some adjusting to. It utilises a lot of smart objects.
The "Parts" folder has all your cuff, collar, etc layers that you can simply change the colour of. After that it's all about layer order.
You would do your design on the "add your design" smart object while adjusting the size of elements to fit the final jumper.

Hot tip: top NAFL teams never use the YI template (apart from Adelaide who are the exception rather than the rule)I've made my own for the ABA and I'm planning on doing the same for T20A, but eventually I'd like to use something that looks real top notch and is the kind of quality seen in the top NAFL teams

Dylan, Scorch, BW, Spanna. etc. all have their own templates. I personally am swayed against YI templates and usually vote against them as I don’t find them too crash hot.
I'm trying to do this at the moment with the soccer template I picked up for the world cup comp. Not looking as great as I would have hoped at the moment, but I reckon I'll give it a run in FIRA and see how it goes. Good learning experience for me though as it's my first time working with a template in photoshop.’ve used YI templates the past three seasons in NAFL but all have been heavily modified soccer templates.
And FWIW even though yours were YI, I knew you'd put in the work to edit and considered that every time I voted (because I know editing it isn't easy)100% this. YI templates exist to enhance presentation, but end of the day it’s about the design. I’ve used YI templates the past three seasons in NAFL but all have been heavily modified soccer templates. The actual Aussie Rules one looks pretty average, IMO.
The collar is hideous. I have plans to alter it but I’m not sure how it works and whether I can just change it as if it were a normal layer.100% this. You have to play around with it a fair bit because changing the shape on YI templates are a farken struggleThe collar is hideous. I have plans to alter it but I’m not sure how it works and whether I can just change it as if it were a normal layer.
