Russia for me. Very few countries have a modern history as interesting as theirs.
The awesomely mysterious spectre of their communist empire hung over the world for half a century and, even if you don't like it, you've gotta respect that kind of power and influence coming from a frozen wasteland with a fraction of the natural resources and advantages of their American nemesis.
When I think of Russia it conjures up thoughts of romanticised cold war spy stories full of shadowy plots and Bond-esque villains. Love that shit.
