Boys, have had another go at my team... what do you think?

Backs: Enright, Hodge, Carrazzo, H.Shaw, Kennelly, Hunt, Waters

Mids: Corey, Boyd, Pendlebury, Trengove, Martin, Shuey

Rucks: Sandlilands, Clark

Forwards: Riewoldt, O'Keeffe, Didak, Sylvia, Franklin, Medhurst, Dangerfield

Is it too risky starting 3 rookie mid's?

Obviously with the backline i will wait and see how blokes like Ladson, Buckley, Sheppard etc go so may have to change a few of those guys too.

I would be worried in starting 3 rookies in mid tbh. You could downgrade one of premium mids for like a swift/masten then upgrade shuey....
Forwards look the goods! Back suffer a bit because of this...also no goddard could be a problem...
Rucks might be too expensive....maybe downgrade clark to improve backs...

mate your side is similar to mine! i reckon your backs are strong, only one is Suban but he is cheap and should play more middle this year. mids are awesome, still not sold on masten but thats only my opinion. i have had cooney in many of my sides, he could easily average 100 plus this year (like last 10 rounds of last year). rucks a little weak in my opinion. kruze might play CHF this year which will affect his scores. Forwards very strong. overall sweet side mate, you should be proud

Only thing I'd look at doing is upgrading McVeigh (cant get the love for him)

To do this downgrade Trengove & Moro to Shuey and Bastinac or the like and mayde Polkinghorne to somebody like Polak.

Overall strong looking side though...

I'd probably downgrade one midfield to Scully or Trengrove and then upgrade one of your low price forwards or Warnock.

Not a bad team mate. All I would do is what you are suggesting, downgrade Gilbee to maybe a Scott Selwood or Hunt and upgrade Warnock. Rest of the team is solid, no need for any other changes until NAB cup.

Yeah atm only Ladson comes to mind, but a rookie might surprise everyone in the NAB Cup.

I worry about Josh Hunt only averaging around 65. He will not get too far past 300K mid-season so he will not make you enough cash.

Masten is a good choice. In for a breakout year.

I reckon Bastniac is a good choice as well. Could play 20+ games too.

The rest is quite good.

Looks pretty good. I def ditch Waite, he could be a good option as the season goes along and not so sure about Rioli either. Aiming for round one but that will be a wait and see.
