Rate the Player Above You

To get a bit of an idea about how supporters of other clubs rate your players, one person nominates a player they want rated, the next person (a supporter from another team) gives their honest (don't get upset if it's not the same as yours) opinion of that player and then nominates a player for the next person to rate.
