Who are the bottom 6 players?

Sunbury and Gisborne are evenly matched. A few years ago Sunbury played Riddell after Riddell had won the flag - scores at 3 quater time was 22.16 - 148 to no score. Riddell did kick a goal in the last quater.

They also beat Eaglehawk by 96 points at Gisborne leading into the finals.

Discreet1 spot on - mysteriously Mongrels original post has gone missing. what happenend there!

Not sure what you mean by targeted Mongrel.....probably running off the square at the bounce to try and take someone out not an unusual occurence after viewing last years final series.

Obviously Bonnici & Aaron James, the Macs and yourself played at Sunbury for no fee. Could it be sour grapes because SY rejected Sunbury's offer. Instead to play at Bomberland for half the price.
Bring it on you big SOOK the Bombers will be ready for you & your cheap shots.

i deleted the post cossy.as for sy i didnt know anything about it.and i have neva received a cent for playing for sunbury.and theres nothing wrong with going in hard. as 4 cheap shots,lucky 4 you they are just out of fun.god help ya if i decide to let em go

Easy to sprook when you have had your finger in someone else's pie for 10 odd years. Your clubs a fall back for those that just don't cut it at the top that 'want to be' superstars. Before you know it Riddell will be in the same trouble the Lions are facing in 08. Its amazing what happens when the 'Power' goes out!

From what I have seen from clearances and arrivals at 'Bomberland', the only one that holds any value to this point is Lee. The other so called 'buy us a flag' recruits are either washed up or have vested interested in the nightclub scence.


Riddell hold 'NO' fear for anyone in 08 after chocking last year, your rejection to play Gisborne is evident of your concerns 4 weeks out, regardless of a score line, you do it to have a crack! Your pride is dented from last year, and will haunt you every time your 5 goals up this year.

Not going to degrade individuals on here but no doubt there depth was not what it was 3-4 years ago. There was no senior players playing 2's this year.
Your point about defeating e'hawk by 96 points at Gis leading into the finals is nullified by the fact they lost to that same team twice in 3 weeks during the 'real' stuff.

My point about Gisborne beating E/h by 96 points was to justify the comment that Riddell would not get within 30 goals. Scooter saw enough of Gisborne to know the gap is that much. Not so sure James V McKenzie would be a great contest - how would it go forward with Fitzy, Messoudi and Aikens in the middle. End of the day Gis has won 4 of the last 6 flags and would be very happy about that.

Does Riddell think Crazyburn will be a lot easier game than Gisborne? They will push for finals this year in the A grade EDFL.

What were the outcomes today fella's, difficult conditions with the mercury reaching a tick over 38 - I woulda thought that even with a few heads missing that Kilmore's depth shoulda provided enough to defeat the ACK kids - and reading the Northern FL thread Whittlesea are travelling ok howd that clash finish up?

Yeah not a bad game today with wallan going down by only 18 pts, huge improvement on last season. Had a few players missing including our bnf and the runner up from last season. Game got shortened to shorter quarters because of the heat. A very good hit out for both sides though:thumbsu:
