Yes, I'm literally the only apartment in the complex that doesn't have two cars to one parking space and there are two other apartment blocks and two other blocks divided into units in the street.

Have you considered being richer?

I have had a number of Mitsubishi's and really rate them for bang for buck, waranty, servicing and reliability. I've had an 1999 Pajero, a 2010 Triton ute and the wife currently has a 2018 Outlander.
For around 27K you can get an Outlander or if you are looking for something smaller and cheaper the ASX. I think they now offer a 10 year warranty, 5 year capped price servicing and should have vehicles in stock. HArd to go past IMO.

New Tritons look pretty cool.

Mitsubishis are like salads. Nobody makes friends with a Mitsubishi. Also their service costs are actually high relative to the market and their 10 year warranty is drive train limited and only if you have every single service provided by the dealer.

Also their parking sensors, cameras, safety systems are lower quality and they have a lot more road noise than their competitors.

Subaru Impreza is another option. Heaps of tech and if you love cameras - mine has front, rear and side mirror cameras. Not sure what spec would be in your budget if you were buying new.

Bit of advice kiddos

Make sure you eat plenty of fibre in your diet

For a variety of reasons I’ve neglected to do so in recent days resulting in my pushing out what felt like a block of concrete

I have a new found respect for females giving birth and are now quite clear the gay life is not for me. I’m not cut out for it

This is the sort of content I need halfway through my nightshift to keep me going

Our favourite sports reporter/interview transcriber has moved into the world of concert reviews. He might have actually gotten this one right.
I was wondering whether the breathless coverage of every twitch Barker makes in Perth would have occurred if his partner wasn't a Kardashian.

God knows no one cared about him even when the band was relevant.
