Just fess up. Take a couple lf weeks off and a small fine and a bit of social media whoopie and you're back and "brave" for admitting it.

Can see a lot more players just admitting stuff when they want time off/haveca big one and get busted.

Except there's significant ramifications for players in regards to reputation, sponsorships, etc.

I'd rather players fess up instead of running from cops, swimming across a river to get away and leading to our best ever player leaving to get out of the shitty culture our club was inflicted with, all to protect a star player.

Triathlon not your go?;)

Bevo wants the AFL drug policy abolished and has openly admitted anyone with a clinical case of mental health will never be ousted as having a strike anyway. Kennett wants the policy tightened.

Once again, and unfortunately for those with legitimate mental health issues, using the mental health card to escape punishment seems to be available to players for open exploitation and does nothing to encourage or highlight genuine discussion about mental health.

I'm sure Bailey will cop a little slap on the wrist and everyone will applaud his bravery in owning his very normal 21 year old man behaviour.

For what it's worth, I couldn't give two hoots that he was on the bags. There'd be hundreds more just like him playing AFL each week. I don't think the story telling about timelines really checks out, and if someone was so acutely in touch with their mental health issues, they would not subject themselves to the comedowns from coke or other stims.

****. What I would do for a player like Clayton Oliver.

Ugly as hell, but **** me he is an old fashioned hard at it footballer.

What do you get if you cross and Oliver with a Petracca?

To be fair, none of our current crop could outrun a copper even if they wanted to.

That and Judd's left handed bounce out of traffic are the best bits of that game,
The fight back after looking fairly shit at half time was good too.

I wish we had won that Prelim by a lot more than we did coz we were dominant in the 2nd half.

9.12 to 5.4 in the 2nd half

21 shots to 9.

We almost let them steal it. Frustrating.
