and it is proof that most posters here don't analyse list management/development/coaching near as much as they think they do, they just look at the win loss ratio. If we are winning, everythings good, if we are losing, then everything must be shithouse haha
To be honest its really hard to anyway unless you are actually working in the joint or observing the inner workings from day to day.

Great comeback as I said I'm a realist and not a xxxxsmoker now go away bc you're easy game and still have a lot of manning up to do.
