a lot of short sighted ideas here, it's clear mini is the right man to lead us to our next flag. we will be needing the first pick in the next 2-3 drafts to help build a base for our next tilt at the flag and going off the last couple of weeks i truly believe mini is the man that can accomplish that for us

What about Mark Williams? I'd love to see an angry coach tearing the strips off players if they're not getting it done.

The thing is no coach is going to be able to improve our skills so it's going to have to be some genius coach that can come up with a system that our unskilled players can thrive in, like what we had before the stand rule.

I still believe that the other 17 teams are all sh*t, and that some only seem to be thriving because their special needs were met.

I'm not worried with coaches dropping out for me it's a tell sign they want a plum job and the easy way instead of working hard for it and building up.

Look Newman did a decent apprenticeship and coached his side and been under a successful team at hawks and a rebuild now , but he’s not my first choice.
