clean start for all.
Keep one or two of Clarke, Rutten, Teague, but not all. I wouldn't keep Mini as he's too close to the head coach role and if he doesn't get it, it's a bit of an odd relationship and could have friction.

Some stability and continuity would be good, even just to give some insights into the inner workings, but overall still let Yze bring in fresh faces and a new team.

Title: Adem Yze Appointed as Richmond Tigers’ New Head Coach

In a surprising turn of events, Adem Yze has been announced as the Richmond Tigers’ new head coach, taking over the reins of the AFL powerhouse. The decision was revealed earlier today by the club’s management, marking a new era for the Tigers.

Yze, a former Melbourne Demons player and more recently an assistant coach at Hawthorn, brings a wealth of experience and football knowledge to his new role. His appointment comes after a comprehensive selection process that saw several prominent candidates vying for the coveted position.

Richmond Tigers’ CEO, expressed his enthusiasm about the new addition to the coaching staff. She said, “Adem Yze’s vision for the team aligns perfectly with our ambitions. His track record and innovative approach to the game make him the ideal candidate to lead our club forward.”

Adem Yze, who played 271 games for the Melbourne Demons during his illustrious career, is no stranger to the AFL. He has spent several years honing his coaching skills and learning from some of the best in the business. Yze’s ability to develop young talent and adapt to the ever-evolving nature of the game made him a standout choice.

In his first statement as head coach, Yze expressed his excitement and gratitude for the opportunity. “I am honored to be entrusted with the leadership of the Richmond Tigers. This club has a rich history and a passionate fan base, and I am committed to building on its success. Together, we will strive for excellence on and off the field.”

Adem Yze takes charge of the Richmond Tigers at a crucial juncture, as the club looks to reclaim its position at the top of the AFL ladder. With his strategic insight and dedication, he aims to bring renewed vigor and success to the yellow and black faithful.

Tigers supporters and AFL enthusiasts alike will be eagerly watching as Yze takes on this new challenge, with high hopes for a bright future under his guidance.
