Think people need to come to terms with the fact umpires are going to make bad calls and miss some calls. This idea that there is a deliberate plan to favour one side is completely irrational.

Tne umpiring in AFL has become a joke, far too easily swayed by crowd noise, have a look at the way EPL or IRU referees operate, that's the standard.
