Re: round 1 teams

I must confess, I believed the hype about Carlton, and had them placed in the 8.

However that team is woeful. From what i can gather it is only missing Stevens and Carrazzo. Granted both huge loses. Why isnt Walker playing. Surely he is in their best 22.

Think another year in the cellar to the blue baggers.

AS happy as that makes me.

Re: round 1 teams

very tall carlton side

contains fevola, waite, cloke up forward. As well as jacobs and kruezer and then jamison, Thorton and Bower down back

Also when did Throton become CHB down at the blues?

Grigg, Walker, Fisher all in our 22.

Re: round 1 teams

I have Carlton finishing 5th, but yeah i agree, that team doesn't look to flash on paper. The forward line looks really ordinary

Re: round 1 teams

I actually like the look of the Blues forward line. A lot more potent with Waite up there. There backline looks very ordinary imo and their midfeild is still ok but will miss Stevens and Carazzo. However that will all be forgotten if Juddy plays a blinder. PLus they still have Murphy and Gibbs.

Even with that I think the Tigers should have a pretty easy win first up.

Re: round 1 teams

Funny to see everyone writing off Carlton so early, at least wait till the game is run and won. Given their out's, wouldn't be surprised to see Carlton still carve up Richmond, take Richo into the middle and that Richmond forward line looks rather woeful IMO.....

If Fev fires and Carlton get on top in the midfield, Carlton easy.

Biggest hype wave in footy history. It's ****ing madness.

They are ordinary. They won't play finals.

Can I respectfully ask you to shut the hell up?

Any Tiger fan knows that if Judd, Murphy, Fev and Waite all are late withdrawls, we are the most likely team on the planet to stuff it up.

Of course, that was in the past though.....;)

Ahhh, please please let us win.

Not ideal against all teams, but against Jack Reiwolt at CHF, he is a great match up.
