When do you think JUH or McDonald got dropped this year?
Was he injured from round 7 to 13? I recall Bulldogs supporters wanted for Beveridge to play JUH in 2020 and he said he wanted him to work on things so clearly he did toward the end of 2020.

My mistake i was sure they had been but my point is all3 have around the same amount of games and goals all 3 are tall players and have spent time out of the teams still think tilly will be the best out of them all as the key forward / 2nd ruck barring injuries and also depending on how tall tyler welsh grows he could end up in the ruck fulltime

Watched the game again yesterday, and the time between TT marking and being able to get an effective kick off would impressive for anyone.
But for a 202cm guy it's actually ridiculous.

He played the first six games last year, then from round 14 onwards including finals and isn't going to be dropped now.
Compare that to our stop start 'wait for a quiet game then send him back to learn' approach.

Rubbish the dna is you compete for everyball Everyone defends every minute of the game if not you will be dropped if you cant see that and now we have the cattle with games under their belt and game breakers ie dawson , rachelle , rankine etc plus 1 or 2 we may get at the end of this season even blind freddy can see this

There's more talent in the playing group isn't a DNA change.

Was worth the look back to comments when we first drafted him. I'm surprised so many didn't rate him. I would hope they could now say they got it wrong.
It's almost impossible to get what he has in one package.

Absolute contested marking beast.
Excellent set shot for goal.
Has the ability of a small forward.
Is pretty quick.
Has good endurance.
He can Ruck.
His ability to get the ground ball at his height is unmatched by any big guy in the game.
He has everything that Max and Ben Kimg has, but more athletic.
To get a kid from SA with that level of talent is rare.
To find yourself with the No1 pick and the ability to get him has never happened to us before.
He is a mad Crows fan.
If we passed him up the club would have regretted it for a decade.

I am a huge fan, but I don’t think his marking is that good. He had five contested marks on Saturday, but there’s contested and then there’s really contested. He’s not at the absolute top end of pack marks, yet.
Agree with everything else you said though, he’s great.
Would like to see him have a good look at Cameron from Geelong as a model for him
Did drop a couple I thought he should gobble up, but I am liking that he’s fronting the ball not side on

I’m assuming you slept through the week of the GWS game where the only player that got dropped was the full back that got to watch the ball marched out of the center and sail over his head repeatedly?

His ability to take a mark, then quickly turn, assess his options, make the correct call and then execute more often than not really stands out in this video.
