Well thats nice dear.

Theres nothing special about the members except the 20 year waiting list, having to wear a collar, and being a bit more mature than flipping the bird at people you dont know

How elitist of you.

Last time I saw somebody flip the bird at the MCC Members it was Shame Weoweodin after kicking a goal in the 2003 GF. He didnt get a kick for the rest of the match and we got belted by the Lions. Perhaps he should have focussed on the real enemy which was the team he was playing against instead of making some lame symbolic gesture against the team he used to play for.

One team one dream Jmac...we all barrack for the same club no matter where we sit.

I just want to be able to see Collingwood play in Melbourne.
It's been on my bucket list for a long time but every time I have the opportunity another bloody bills arrives in the mail.
For me to have a 3 day holiday in Melbourne is going to cost well over $1200 and I just cannot justify that price.
You should look into booking cheap flights months in advance when those cheap sales come out for Virgin or Jetstar, that seems the only way to cut costs down.

This is what I do rusty but with Tiger airways. I've never had any issues with their flights. Once the fixture is published at the end of October, I just wait for the cheap flight deals to come from any airline but usually Tiger has the best. The minute the specials come out, check the fixture and lock it in 4to 9 months in advance. It's normally my Christmas present from my wife and kids that I sort out.

Sunny Coast to Melbourne return for $160........cheap.:thumbsu: If you go with some mates the accommodation bill is cheaper too. When going on my own, I can get a decent room in the CBD for a reasonable cost.

I can't wait to give the MCC the bird on Monday.

There are Collingwood supporters who sit in the MCC

(it's called infiltration :) )

Ive looked into that but Im in Perth though and the flights are usually around $700 return at their cheapest.

... and was a word in the recent US Spelling Bee! (and about the only one I got right ;))

For years I thought your avatar was a stylised elephant.

I've just realised it's a primate

According to AFL website Ball, Swan and Dwyer in. Grundy not coming back, Maxwell and Adams out. Good to see us sticking with the one ruck, seems much more balanced.

Interesting changes. Especially with Grundy not playing at any level after missing last week.

Unless Grundy still injured would indicate White and one of Swan/ Ball a doubt with both Grundy and Adams held over from today.
