A part of me feels so sad that Binns isn’t mentioned much these days, blokes tried his ass off in the VFL for 2 seasons now and has barely been rewarded.

Agreed, but tbh he did more than enough imo all of last year and to start this year to at least get a genuine run in the big leagues.

I disagree after watching him VFL - he is a VFL player no remarkable traits that can make a difference- he isnt alone.

Binns has developed as he projected at the draft. High volume, but untidy skills and questionable patterns. Clearly has some criteria to meet to get games, and has come up short. With the pressure on list spots, I am surprised he got an early contract extension.
