Levi Casboult is an extremely ungrateful moron. He has played more AFL games than he should have because of how ordinary we were for so long. Other AFL clubs weren't exactly knocking down our door to take him off our hands.

He is no longer part of the Carlton family. He can piss right off.

Don't underestimate Rosas. He was quite impressive in his draft year & is a true small forward moreso than Izak Rankine. If he wasn't a GCS Academy player, I would have been happy to have him at Carlton.

honestly think we are better off playing 1 extra mid with no ruck against witts. tdk is a genuine waste of space against him unfortunately.

Thought he halved the contest towards the back half of the quarter, but Witts grabbing out of the air and clearing long of the contest not so good. Our wings need to be tight on gcs, wide clearances are killing us

TDK just isn’t a first ruck IMO.

Great guy to have relieving and provide a different look, but his actual ruck craft is terrible.

He will fluke the occasional perfect hitout, otherwise he’s a liability.

Time to chunk JSOS in there and try to gain ascendency at ground level.

No it isn't. Stocker is a serious talent and dows been building brilliantly.

Hawthorn figured us out, Sun's took that on board.

Our defence is full of holes, we are super vulnerable to short kicking. Our zone is shit.

Our tackling is terrible as it was last week.

Our disposal is rough as guts. Too many missed handballs and hack kicks.

De Koning getting a bath in the ruck not helping and he doesn't take marks, where is his footy at?

A few blokes doing nothing out there.

Badly missing Durdin, we have no one at ground level. We are badly lacking speed. Badly missing McGovern, defence went sour the moment he went down.

Being beaten by a team who kick the ball short through our terrible zone, too strong somehow to tackle and too fast.

I have faith under Voss we will grind this one, but could be a necessary reality check.

Well, that was certainly a first half.

We're chasing when we need to be hunting, and we need to be more willing to take on the zone with hands instead of trying to pick our way through or go around.

Get the ball into Saad/Fogarty/Williams/Doc/LOB's hands, and gun it through the zone before kicking. Try to isolate Harry/Charlie inside 50. Be prepared to be patient inside back 50, instead of going deep to a contest.

If they're going to win every clearance due to ruck/midfield advantage, minimize the clearances in the game and keep the ball moving, run them off their feet and retain possession. Have another string to your bow than just 'I'm going to beat you up around the ball'.
