What does that even mean? Because it sounds like a completely meaningless statement. If I don't think we're a contender I should leave? Yeah nah, that's fanboy bullshit.

I haven't 'given up', I genuinely don't believe we have the midfield capable of winning us a premiership.

Did you say you wouldn't attend or watch any more matches?

All good. Season still hinges on top 2 finish. Only2 losses. Hawks at mcg & swans at scg. Two pretty testing games. Htfu.
Probably.

Given we will most likely get pole-axed v Geel at SS, how hard shall we be then? Subiaco

Look, trying to remain positive is very difficult when our lads , since the draw v GCS away last year , look anything but contenders away from Domain Subiaco

Looking at the NM/Geelong game Geelong don't look too special. They seem to have had their GF v the Hawks and are roughly now our level.

Adelaide worry me a lot more.

Sydney haven't looked special either bar the game v Crows.

Hawthorn looked BOG ordinary RND 1

We'll get pantsed, you know it deep in your waters.

Adelaide....

Jesus I'm not going there until I have to.

He's pretty quick and good below the knees for a big man.
sadly, unlike Kennedy and Darling who fumbled and could not hold a mark. Small forwards did little and JK played asa statue much of the time.

Poor delivery is one thing but not being able to hold marks or create space is the
forwards problem.,

If we can not improve in these areas we need not worry about finals

players didn't want to be there at the after function.

we looked mentally weak in the end, even turn would b not commit to a shot just shipped high to a pack

o_O

Strongly disagree coaches are paid to instruct and teach the player what to do if they cant communicate that message you need to find some one who can.
If, as you are suggesting , the players are the problem and not playing to instructions then you drop them and find player that follow the directives.

A couple of question for you if I may.

Whats changed since last season when we were winning stoppages ?
What or who do you attribute our stoppage demise too if its not the coaching and structures?

Firstly I do not know the stats re stoppages to last season so if as you say we are far worse at stoppages maybe you can produce those numbers. Make sure you only provide the numbers against the 5 teams we have played.

Secondly I attribute the opposition almost all times why sides lose stoppages. Just as all sides are hunting Hawthorn we are being hunted also as we just played in the GF.

There are way to many people who just think we have the best tap ruckman so we should win all the stoppages.
It does not work like that as we don't have times when the opponents are not there and our mids are not A+ players.

Are the directives different to last year? Do you actually know?
Are the ruckman knocking it where they say they will knock it? Are the mids getting there? Is someone doing the blocking as per instruction? Is the defensive mid doing his job? There is just so more to it than NN winning knock and we take ball away.
I wouldn't think Dean Cox would be void of knowledge in this are would you?
NN, Shuey and Pridfis are still there from last year, if it had all been changed under Coxy that directive would have come from Simmo and any smart coach would of returned it back wouldn't you think or at least in game change it.
We lose stoppages because we are predictable. Coaches of course have to address this also but I doubt they are teaching them the wrong things.

We don't look like a premiership team but still plenty to unfold throughout the year. Not panic stations yet but hoping they look better in round18 - 20 .

At least simmo has lots to improve on so he won't get bored.

I'm quite confident we'll win our next 17 games and finish 20-2
