When I read this from you I picture someone complaining about the house being on fire when they stink of petrol and have a nearly full packet of matches in their pocket.

I’m in the camp we slowly fell off a cliff in 2015 but I still believe the umpiring in the prelims against Hawthorn was contrived & amounts to match fixing. And we still almost won.
Almost has been as good as we’ve ever been.

That alone tells my logical mind that Lyon had Freo going pretty good in 2015."

Yet you so easily dismiss the Win-Loss record. Odd.

Is jumping on the bandwagon of a club when they make a grand final then wearing those colours for the game and they win going to feel as good as for those who have been on the journey?

It's a slippery slope though. When people feel entitled over others because of standards they set personally.

How about we say it's not a competition and realise it means something different to different people?
