In fairness to Fairfax, they are not AFL media, a blog like roar, or a radio quote n run like Sen
They are a print organisation with independent editorial control. Agreed, not what it was 10 years ago, but enough to give them some creds
Also if it was a lie the AFL would have been jumping up and down and threatening lawsuits and accreditations, it's been a week since this was printed.

The truth is in the NDA, to unlock the truth you need RTB or the lady involved to disclose what is covered by a non disclosure agreement

What's your feeling on what's happened pepe? You're being a bit of a fence sitter at the moment; which is fair enough we don't truly know any facts. But how do you feel about eh existence of the NDA, the clubs lack of response and what is being presented - unknowingly real or fake?

On a serious note, I have no problem with a NDA being reached as it means both parties are happy to sign off, end of.
If and it's a massive if, there was any form of sexual assault, then the media are duty bound to release the facts, and RTB can pack his bags
Personally I think the truth is somewhere between a lewd comment and the woman getting a payout, then not working because she was 2 mths pregnant. Having a few years off then dipping back into the well for some more cashola.
I really don't understand why the media are feeding themselves on other stories rumoured to be true. Gossage is a classic, reporting about what might happen over a story the media in the East is rumoured to be true.
I seriously doubt dirty ol Roscoe has broken the law

you said the club couldn't come out and state what the mistruths are because of an NDA. the only way you would know that is if you knew the terms in the NDA. so i asked you what was covered. you didnt answer the question. you went the man instead.
